Airtable integration

Sync any data into Airtable — with upsert

Connect your tools, shape the data, and keep an Airtable base in sync automatically. Upsert on a key field so runs update existing records instead of duplicating them.

Airtable works both ways: pull records into a pipeline, or push results back into a base as an operational source of truth.

How it works

Source → shape → schedule → sync. No scripts to host.

Connect

Link your source and your Airtable account. OAuth or an API key — once.

Shape

Pick columns, filter rows, compute fields and map them to your destination.

Schedule

Run it once or on a cron — hourly, daily, whenever you need fresh data.

Sync

Rows land in Airtable. Append, overwrite, or upsert on a key.

What people build with Airtable

Enriched CRM

Push enriched customer data from your database or Stripe into Airtable so sales and CS work the latest records.

Operational sync

Upsert on a key so a scheduled job keeps a base current — updating rows in place, never duplicating.

Reporting base

Land marketing and revenue data into Airtable and build interfaces and dashboards on top of it.

Questions

Will scheduled runs create duplicate records?

Not with upsert. Choose a key field and each run updates the matching record in place; only genuinely new rows are created. It is the safe mode for anything that runs on a schedule.

Can Airtable be a source as well as a destination?

Yes. You can read records from a base into a pipeline, or write results back into one — Simple Data Foundry supports Airtable in both directions.

Do I need to paste a base ID and table name by hand?

No. After you connect Airtable, you pick the base and table from a list, and the field names are read for you when you map columns.

What if a field is empty?

Empty values are left out of the write rather than sent as blanks, so an upsert will not wipe existing content in a record it is updating.
